This Policy ets out how USP will manage your Personal Information collected as a result of your interactions with USP websites or any related mobile phone or tablet applications, or whenever we otherwise deal with you. Personal information
USP generally collects the following kinds of Personal Information within the entry form:
- name;
- username;
- gender;
- age bracket;
- email address;
- phone number;
- postcode or country of residence;
- marketing references;
- Referrers name and email address;
- Community Sporting Club name;
- competition selection details and behavioural data;
Storage of Personal Information
Wherever reasonably practicable, USP will store personal information on data servers that are within the geographical borders of Australia. However, some of your personal information may be transferred, stored, processed, used or disclosed overseas, if our service providers are located overseas or have an overseas connection.
Personal Information Security
USP will take reasonable steps to ensure your Personal Information is only accessed by authorised persons and is stored in a secure environment.
Any information communicated within a social media environment becomes public information and USP cannot guarantee the security of this type of disclosed information.

- to verify your identity and age, and process and manage your entry into USP competitions;
- to provide and improve services to you as an entrant;
- to facilitate USP internal business operations;
- to facilitate community competitions;
- to send you promotional materials and other related communications;
- to promote and market services, products and events
- to undertake market and business analysis and research;
- to develop new products and services and to tailor our services to suit your needs;
You consent to USP collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as defined above. You also consent to being contacted via email, social media, SMS, MMS messages or telephone.
Access and updating Personal Information
You may access certain personal information by contacting us at admin@ultimatesportspunter.com.au. We will provide access within a reasonable period of time and in the manner requested, if possible. If not possible or we refuse your request, we will do what we can to meet your requirements by other means.
If you believe that personal information USP holds about you is not current, inaccurate, incomplete or if you have any query or complaint please contact us at admin@ultimatesportspunter.com.au. We will aim to respond to any complaint in writing within thirty days.
